Suzanne Kasler for Hickory Chair

Last night I attended a great party at Max & Company in honor of Suzanne Kasler's new furniture line for Hickory Chair. Kasler's gorgeous line made its debut at High Point this past Spring where it generated A LOT of buzz. And it was only natural that the Atlanta party was held at Max & Company, a fabulous shop owned by another Atlanta designer, Phoebe Howard.

I haven't been able to find any images of the new line on Hickory Chair's website, so I took copious photos of the entire first floor at Max & Company. Most of the furniture in these photos are Kasler's pieces. And if you're interested in anything and everything, by all means call Max and Company for info- everyone who works there is very nice and courteous. (Telephone- 404-816-3831). I think it's safe to say that Suzanne's new line is going to be a big hit!

  1. So much to love Jennifer. Right off the bat, the lattice dining chairs, glamorous desk, and some of the ottomans caught my eye.

Thanks for covering it for us!

  6. M- Doesn't that look comfy and cozy? I could definitely take a nap on that this morning... I'm still a bit sleepy.

  7. Love the chaise at the foot of the bed ... benches have always looked a tad too symmetrical for me - but that chaise solves the problem with charm!

Also love the clover-leaf chair - and those fun finials hanging from the dining room chandelier.

    Thanks for the insider view!

  9. Love the pebble floor in the dining-room setting. Would be lovely on a large terrace or under a pergola, again for a dining and/or living area.

  10. Love that chair in the first image - the seat back is so pretty and unique, and the turn of the back legs so graceful.

  18. Believe it or not, I did not know that this store existed until last week!!! I have been to Mrs. Howard countless times, it is one of my favorites in Atlanta, and I assumed that the left section was still Max & Co. I think I might like Max & Co. even better than Mrs. Howard - it is totally my taste.

Also totally my taste is the new Suzanne Kasler line. I can't wait until the catalog is online so I can see all of the pieces. What I have seen so far is stunning.
