At the 2011 Fall Antiques Show in San Francisco I came across the work of David Beck. He does miniature sculptures, some are kinetic, others filled with hidden compartments. He created an incredible miniature MUSEUM for the Smithsonian, complete with miniature paintings and display cases. I am also currently working on a 'Miles Redd room' which is to be in 1/12 scale.Lizehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17616797456948582117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34961211.post-64750937640015602772009-10-23T18:57:21.260-04:002009-10-23T18:57:21.260-04:00Alas, there aren't very many Mrs Thorne types ...Alas, there aren't very many Mrs Thorne types in the world in this day and age..Sacheverellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06425625620669497197noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-34961211.post-69037150335399591862009-10-23T18:06:21.532-04:002009-10-23T18:06:21.532-04:00Anon- OMG!!
